Our Story
ATSReady was born out of frustration. After applying to hundreds of jobs with a strong resume and getting nothing but rejection emails, we realized the problem: our resumes weren't even being seen by humans.
Applicant Tracking Systems were filtering us out before we had a chance. The keywords were wrong, the formatting was incompatible, and we had no way to know what we were doing wrong.
So we built ATSReady—the tool we wished we had. It analyzes your resume against real job descriptions, tells you exactly what's missing, and helps you optimize for both ATS systems and human recruiters.
Today, ATSReady has helped thousands of job seekers land interviews at companies they never thought would notice them. And we're just getting started.
