Our AI provides suggestions and recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI suggestions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET A JOB OR INTERVIEW THROUGH USE OF OUR SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATSREADY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ATSReady harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
